I made this for my daughter when she turned 2 years old. She liked Barney, Baby Bop, and swimming. So wah-la- A Barney swimming pool cake (and gummy bears).I used:
Vanilla sugar wafers-The decking
Fruit tape for chairs held up with toothpicks
Gummy bears
Blue M & M's for the water perimeter
A candy bracelet for the pool rope
blue frosting for water
