Stuffed green peppers from our garden

I can't call this one of my family staple recipes because my kids wouldn't eat it on their own terms. I had to beg them. It was good though for adults. A great way to use up green peppers from the garden. We had left overs and they weren't too soggy.

  1. Beautiful stuff! I love the frozen peaches. I freeze a few, but mostly I can them. Blueberries is what goes into our smoothies...
