I bought these tulip bulbs on clearance in September 2008 and look how wonderful they were in May 2009!Keep your eye out for clearanced spring bulbs at Lowe's and Home Depot this month. I have purchased tulips, daffodils, and crocus bulbs in late September in the past.
Hope you don't mind me following you! I stumbled across your blog and I love it! Anyways, if you want tulips, wait till after the tulip festival at Thanksgiving point. They dig them all up and then they sell them at the garden store! They will be $3 for a dozen! I love tulips, they are my favorite flower.
