Amy asked a great question: "Okay here's my question...I love looking at houses too, but I always feel awkward because I know I'm not going to be buying. What do you say to the realtor/salesperson when you go?"
Staci: I tell the truth. I greet them kindly and say, "Hi, I would like to take a look at the house." If they ask if I am looking to purchase a house at the end or the beginning of my personal tour I say in a kind way, "No, I am not in the market to buy a new home right now I am just interested in seeing the new decorating and designing ideas." Some times I ask if I can take some pictures of the house. They almost always say yes. I feel good about that because I don't waste their time. Have fun!
