Make a clothes line! 
I am sure sad my baby boy is growing out of his small infant clothes. I don't know if I am ready to give them away or sell them all right now....sniff sniff. Wouldn't this be cute in a LAUNDRY ROOM!? I could pick my favorite infant clothes to display. Yes, I do spend a good deal of time in my laundry room. I might as well look at cute outgrown baby clothes!
