I also would add (knowing I am far from the perfect happy Mommy but working on my attitude and outlook- Believe it or not I am medium pessimist):
- Have a "mommy friend" to shoot the breeze, be happy for her, celebrate the good times, serve her, and not just a friend to unload your mommy problems or stresses on (once in awhile but not constantly that is a drag!)
- Connect with God and have a relationship with HIM (church, personal study, prayer, or devotional Bible reading)
- Exercise, get outside for fresh air, some Vitamin D & SUN!
- Enjoy a hobby for yourself and make it realistic and achieve something by doing it.
